HIITlates w/ Shelsey

45 minute high-energy class combines the calorie-burning intensity of HIIT with the precision and control of Pilates for a powerful, full-body workout. Short bursts of cardio and strength-based intervals elevate the heart rate, while Pilates-based exercises slow things down just enough to challenge core stability, alignment, and muscular control.
