Open Flow w/ Kristine

Open Flow Yoga is a 60 minute class that is designed for all levels, offering space to explore movement with freedom and intention. Class incorporates creative sequences of flowing postures that build heat, strength, and mobility. You’ll be guided through transitions that encourage fluidity and body awareness, with options to modify or deepen each pose based on your needs.
