Zumba Tone

Zumba classes bring together Latin and international music and dance to create an energetic and effective calorie-burning workout suitable for people of all ages and fitness levels. This fitness system incorporates aerobic training that combines slow and fast rhythms to sculpt and tone your body. Light weights enhances sense of rhythm and coordination, while toning target zones, including arms, core and lower body.
