
Stretch & Roll is a gentle, mobility-focused class that blends guided stretching with the targeted benefits of foam rolling. Using a combination of dynamic and static stretches, you’ll lengthen tight muscles while the foam roller helps release tension, improve tissue quality, and enhance overall flexibility. Movements are slow, mindful, and accessible for all levels. Takes place in a warm (75-80) degree room.
