
30 minute class. Chair Yoga is a gentle, accessible practice designed for anyone who prefers or requires the support of a chair. This class offers all the benefits of traditional yoga—improved flexibility, strength, balance, and relaxation—while removing the need to get up and down from the floor. Using the chair for seated postures, standing support, and mindful movement, students can safely explore stretching, joint mobility, and breathwork at their own pace.*This class is beginner friendly.
