Qi Gong - Five Elements Flow
Qi Gong is a movement-based practice of energy activation. In this session, participants will learn a series of standing flows to help cultivate and circulate qi, which is life-force energy. The Five Elements Flow combines breathwork, stretching, posture, and gentle movement to align the Five Elements of Nature (Metal, Water, Wood, Fire, Earth) with the energy centers of the body. Benefits include reduced stress, increased vitality, and an overall sense of wellness. Qi Gong is appropriate for all fitness levels. Comfortable clothing recommended.
